Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery Time Frame

We aim to begin work on projects within 2 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment, depending on the scope and nature of the services requested. Clients will receive a detailed project timeline and milestones after the initial consultation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request a service cancellation by submitting a written request via email to support@authenticmotionsolution.com.

Cancellations made before project execution begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the project has started but is not yet complete may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Once a project is fully completed and delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

3. Refund Policy

If you cancel an eligible service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of submitting your cancellation request.

Full refunds will be issued only if the project has not yet commenced. Partial refunds will be calculated based on work completed and resource allocation, applicable after project initiation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable once initiated or delivered, including but not limited to:

Custom software development past the planning or initial design stage Digital marketing campaigns already launched or configured Cybersecurity services involving audits or remediation work Hosting, domain registration, or third-party licenses purchased on your behalf

All non-refundable items will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.
